09 Jan Leigh Bowery by Robert Violette 1998

This was this first major book about Leigh. My images of Leigh appear  first in the book as  Robert asserts that they were the first pictures of Leigh done in a ‘series’ portrait sitting. Until this point it was just random snaps, photo booth pics and casual pap snaps.  He says Leigh looks as if he thinks the pictures will count for something.
